Talk about stress relief
I try to get as much use out of these as I can. They really help when I'm stressed, plus the added benefit of staying in shape. You wouldn't think that using just your arms would help other muscle groups, but it's a great work out for your core, hips, and definitely back. I know how self conscious people can be about their "love handles" the twisting when boxing really works those areas.
