Vertical Leaps
When I was a kid, our soccer coach used to put out cones on the field, and we would jump over them, one after another. Since I think I would look silly with orange cones now days, I purchased the banana steps and use them about 3 times a week. Since I've been using them, my calves and vertical jumps have improved tremendously. It's also a great cardio workout!
